airglow rates

Off-site work includes research, planning, and communication via phone or email, with the key being that such work is performed wherever airglow staff care to perform it. "At the client site" includes any work that requires airglow staff to be in a particular place. Travel time is billed at the applicable on-site rate; "emergency" rates apply to visits that are scheduled less than 24 hours in advance and which the client deems sufficiently urgent to warrant an immediate response.

airglow assistance

The "airglow assistance" program is available for a monthly fee equal to one hour of off-site time at the standard rate posted above. After an initial trial month, a three-month minimum commitment is required. This monthly fee includes up to two hours of off-site support via phone or email, and provides you with an easy way to get accurate answers to your technology questions.

Terms and conditions

In the absence of agreement to the contrary, airglow will invoice the client upon completion of a project or sub-project, and all invoices are payable on receipt. Rates are subject to any and all applicable taxes and are subject to change without notice. airglow accepts payment only in U.S. dollars, by cash or by check drawn on U.S. bank.
